Payment options include commercial insurance, Medicaid and private pay. Lakeshore provides adult services to eligible veterans through a contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs and to those who qualify for senior assistance programs, and programs funded by Family Independence Agency and Community Mental Health. Lakeshore provides pediatric services to children through programs funded by the Department of Human Services, CMH, CSHSC, Children’s Waiver, HAB waiver and Family and Children’s Services.
